Whether organising an event for 20 or 2000 people Atholl Adventures offers an event management service second to none, We provide our customers with a tailored service to meet their specific requirements. We take the strain and pain out of organising an event for you, we discuss your needs with you and thereafter arrange and manage your event for you. Every detail required to make a successful event will be covered with you.
We can develop a range of events and activities designed to compliment your organisations profile, or theme the activities to promote your organisations core interests. Working with you we can provide a series of central arena events ranging from historic re-enactments, through to highland games and full falconry displays, and offer you a range of side show activities including archery, paintball, quad biking, and a mini assault courses.
Your every need can be catered for by our specialist entertainments team and includes, Pipe bands, Highland dancers, Folk Musicians, Clowns, Comperes, Comedians, etc, etc. Our comprehensive lists of contacts allow us to theme any event to your specific requirements.
From Bar-B-Ques to Buffets our catering service can provide your every requirement, whether you need a formal dining experience or soup and sandwiches on the hill we can cater for your needs.

We have over 100 trained marshals that we can call on to provide a professional marshalling service for any event or activity being undertaken. We undertake a route recconaisance and identify those hazards that require marshalled and create a marshalling plan that will ensure that your event runs smoothly.
Our Event Marshalling and Operations team has been in operation for the last 3 years. The team is headed up by our experienced Operations Manager who has a team of highly experienced staff working with him. He works closely with our customers and undertakes a route reconnaissance prior to the event taking place to undertake his risk assessment and to develop his operational orders for the marshalling teams and control room staff. The Marshalling teams are led by team leaders who have a depth of experience, many being retired police officers and ex military, who coordinate their teams activities on the ground during the event.
Our Control room staff oversee the deployment of the event marshalling teams and monitors the progress of the participants ensuring that resources are in position to deal effectively with the front runners and tail end charlies. Our control room staff have radio contact and phone contact with our teams on the route and liaises with the emergency services and other organisations employed at the event to ensure that the operation runs smoothly. Our Marshalling teams each have a qualified emergency first aiders assigned to them and in addition we can provide, where there is an identified increased risk, fully trained and qualified first aiders and nursing staff.
We also have water safety teams for water based events and can provide boats and safety crews. The boats are skippered by qualified RYA Level 2 boat handlers and crewed by Level 2 water safety technicians and qualified life guards. In addition to this we have 2 qualified safety divers (not that we wish them to use their skills) who are also deployed on our fastest boats to respond to any given emergency.
For hill work we have specialist marshalling teams led by two Mountain Rescue team leaders that consist of a mixture of experienced ex military special forces and game keepers who are used to working in the mountains in all types of weather conditions. With these teams deployed we also provide 4WD vehicles to ensure that they can access most areas rapidly and respond to any needs.
All of our teams are self contained units, they each carry a personal radio, mobile phone, and the required protective clothing to undertake their duties. We also have our own catering truck which we deploy along the route to provide our staff with hot food and beverages which can be utilised to act as a feed station or water stop facility at any given location. The staff operating this are all food handling hygiene certificated and the truck has the relevant health and hygiene certification.
We have all the relevant insurances to cover the activities and services that we provide.
Our extensive list of marshalling events includes:
