I am writing to thank you for the contribution which you and your team made to what is certainly the most memorable corporate hospitality event I have ever experienced. Any doubts which I may have had about the suitability of this kind of activity for an organisation like Hello! have been completely dismissed by the reaction of our guests. To keep 50 people so well entertained over the three days was a marvellous effort and one which we really appreciate.
Most importantly, the reaction we have had from our guests has exceeded our most optimistic expectations. It is the talk of the advertising industry in London at the moment and our customers are already asking if we will do it again next year. Even more importantly, we can already see its impact upon our own sales activities and there is little doubt that we will recoup the cost of our investment quite quickly.
